Vice President of Information Technology 5/02-3/09

Affinion Group (previously a division of Cendant Corporation) with annual revenues of $1.4b is a

marketing services provider specializing in product development for large financial and insurance

institutions. Services include solicitation, enrollment, billing, fulfillment and servicing of 18 product

offerings.

Maintained 2 distinct roles at Affinion Group – While leading the Applications

Development team - Lead a team of 150 associates for web development,

enterprise services design, contact center support, IVR/VRU, QA, Program/Project

Management, Package solutions, and Business Intelligence. When leading the IT

Operations team – Lead team of 90 resources responsible for Data Center

Operations (4 locations), 24x7 support, Service Desk, Disaster Recovery,

Compliance, Unix/Windows support, legacy system support and Database support.

• Highlights of Accomplishments:

o Implemented Identity Theft Protection suite of products for over 3m

members to assure personal protection. The effort included

integrations with over 10 providers. The $3m initiative resulted in over

$50m in annual revenues.

o Met all compliance initiatives for SOX 404, Payment Card Industry

(PCI) level 1, and ISO 27001 certification.

o Lead all operational activities including 24x7 support, basic operations

support (run), and disaster recovery.(in sourced and out sourced with

Sungard).

Established application infrastructure to support other products for

Merger and IT consolidations of 4 companies involving system

Established a formal quality assurance organization that performed all

system upgrades, billing system upgrades, and off-shore development

o Lead the quality and implementation activities for property and casualty
