• Completed three hundred and twenty five (325) Single Family pool homes while having approximately one
hundred and seventy (170) homes actively under construction at any one time with an average of 20 to 30
closings per month.
• Responsible for overall project management with a staff of four superintendents and three Quality
Assurance personnel.
• Duties included but not limited to:
Overall scheduling and tracking of homes and pools from stake out to CO.
Reporting to and meeting with upper management to discuss status of homes/closings in order to

included multi-family semi-commercial 8, 10, and 12, unit buildings with detached garages and up to
four stories.
• Duties were, but not limited to:
• Responsible for construction and presentation of the buildings in a timely manner while interfacing with the
subcontractors, government agencies, and the owner.
• Establish and maintain daily contact with appropriate city officials and inspectors.
• Scheduled all involved contractors on-site as well as off-site for each phase of development and
construction. Complete each home site on schedule from planning through occupancy, ensuring that all
contract obligations are satisfied.
• Confirm all approved plans to verify home site is built per plan and specifications. Ensure that the selected
options and upgrades are implemented during construction and for homeowner walk-through orientation.
