PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Chief Financial Officer 2008 - Current
Oklahoma City Manufacturing Company – Design and manufacturing of machinery for reeling and coiling
of wire, cable, tubing, wire rope fiber optics, etc. Customers include manufacturers, utilities, communications,
governmental agencies, aerospace, and oil and gas companies both nationally and internationally.
• Supervise all day-to-day accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed
assets, notes payable, accrual accounts, and prepare financial statements and bank covenants reports.
• Develop company static and flex budgets and forecasts. Provided follow up on variance from forecast.
• Responsible for insurance negotiations (health, dental, liability, property, and workers compensation).
• Advise owner on all financial manners both business and personal.
• Interface with company auditors, bankers, and attorneys.
• Currently working on providing job cost information including time and labor guidelines, and bill of material
costing.
• Interface with company consultant to improve compliance in areas of workman compensation and OSHA
regulations.
• Working closely with accountants and attorneys on all due diligence manners associated with May 2009 sale of
company.
• Teamed with director of operations to convert to purchasing companies ERP system.
Cooper Cameron Corporation 2003 –2008
Materials Manager - Cooper Cameron Corporation (July 06 – Jan 08) – Transferred to main OKC manufacturing
facility and worked directly for plant manager on special projects which pertain to operations and finance. Current
examples include:
• Master planning scheduling, i.e. supply and demand analysis on SAP MRP system.
• Reduction of inventory shortages at approximately 25 consignment locations scattered throughout the country.
• Supervision of interim bins (i.e. inaccurate plant transactions involving shipping and receiving, inventory
adjustments, quality nonconformance reports, returns to vendors, etc).
• Interim Operation Manager – Served as on site supervisor for approximately 75 employees at Moore
manufacturing facility.
Controller – Cooper Cameron Corporation - AOP Industries, Inc. (December 2003 – December 2005) – Manufacturing,
importing and distribution of a full line of valves including gate valves, ball valves, check valves, needles valves and
chokes. (Cameron purchased from Precision Castparts Corporation – December 2004)
• Supervised all day-to-day accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed
assets, notes payable, payroll taxes, intercompany and accrual accounts. Preparation of monthly (2 days after
month end), quarterly, and annual financial statements for submission to division office in Houston.
• Prepared company annual budget, variances from budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Supervision of standard cost accounting system and reporting of variances to company operations management.
• Communicated with division office in Houston and prepared all monthly analytical reports including various
financial bridges, international sales, intercompany inventory, flex profit and loss, cash projections, inventory
ratios, A/P and A/R ratios, operating working capital, cash flow reporting, sales per employee, shipping
performance and scrap/rework.
• Supervised testing and compliance of controls relating to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
• Administration of all company benefits including health and dental insurance, vacations, 125K, and 401K
(trustee). Negotiate company medical insurance. (with AOP Industries before Cameron acquisition)
• Accounting for Romania sister company US operations.
• Led changeover from DOS based ERP system to SAP ERP system.
• Initiated many time savings ideas to simplify financial reporting through file linking, data mining, use of excel
pivot tables thereby substantially increasing available hands on time to spend with general manager, sales and
operations personnel to increase revenues, decrease expenses, and increase facility efficiency.
• Teamed with Six Sigma black belt to quantify inventory turns by product line, reduce on hand excess inventory,
increase inventory turns (from 1.6 to 3.0), and decrease stock outs of high selling inventory items.
• Teamed with sales and operations (through use of pivot tables and data mining) to increase revenues by identifying
sales trends either by part, by customer, by product line, by region, and reduce stock outs.
• Teamed with materials manager to improve forecasting through use of data mining and pivot tables, thereby
reducing excess on order quantities.
• Teamed with corporate safety personnel to substantially reduce lost days due to accidents by identifying types of
accidents, employees with recurring accident history, and top of mind awareness in facility.
• Teamed with operations personnel to change inventory from warehouse inventory type system (no bin locations)
to complete bin locator system.
Chief Financial Officer / Controller 1998- 2003
Pro-Fab Inc - Manufacturer of precision component parts and assemblies for the aerospace and defense industries;
fabrication of wellhead equipment for the oil industry.
• Supervised all day-to-day accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, fixed
assets, notes payable, payroll taxes, and other accrual accounts, and prepared financial statements.
• Developed company budgets and forecasts. Provided follow up on variance from forecast.
• Converted cost accounting system from a retail type system, to a fully interfacing absorption cost system.
• Successful conversion of financial and administrative portion to new Vantage ERP software.
• Responsible for all inventory and work in process valuation, testing and physical counting of all raw materials,
finished goods, and finished components.
• Responsible for insurance negotiations (health, dental, liability, property, and workers compensation) and
administration of company benefits (as trustee) including health, dental, 125K, and 401K.

• Managed all accounting department functions for up to seventy-five (75) Little Caesars restaurants including cash
accounts, accounts receivable, Inventory carrying amounts, lease maintenance and renewals, fixed assets, franchise
fee, franchise fee amortization, notes payable, line of credit, trade payables, payroll, taxes, royalties, and all other
accrual accounts.

• Directed first EDI test nationally for direct interface from Little Caesar’s national food distribution facility to
franchisee general ledger for all weekly food invoices.
