EXPERIENCE
Wolseley Plc/Ferguson Enterprises – April 2006 – Present
Senior Programmer-Analyst – Lead developer for Open Enrollment 2010. Lead developer for support of Ferguson’s
legacy PeopleSoft environment. Technical Lead of project for conversion to ADP’s garnishment process in
Ferguson’s environment and implementation into new Global environment. Technical Lead replacing data links
between ELM and HRMS using XML messages. Applied customizations and assisted with the actual upgrade to
PeopleSoft release 8.9. Participated in the customization and deployment of Wolseley’s Candidate Gateway web
presence. Responsible for support of Manager Self Service, Employee Self Service, Candidate Gateway,
Recruiting, Benefit Administration, ELM, Verity Indexes and the HRMS product suite as well as numerous company
customizations. Reviewed updates and applied customizations to tax upgrades as well as system maintenance
packs. Created new disability and employee recognition interfaces. Create DMS scripts to move data to and from
environments. Upgraded extract program for Ceridian payroll check print. Apply COBOL customizations.
Promus Hotel Corporation/ Hilton Hotels Corporation – 1998 to April 2006
Lead Programmer-Analyst - February 2005 to April 2006. Project Lead for all development at Hilton Hotels for the
PeopleSoft HRMS product, including all tax upgrades, bundles and upgrades. Project Lead for conversion of emplid
from SSN to sequential numbers as well as responsible for all development, conversion of Leave Accrual Plans to
PTO, automated push to GL of leave values and ID Management Project.
Senior Programmer-Analyst. – November 1998 to January 2005. The technical lead for the just finished upgrade
of PeopleSoft 8.16 to PeopleSoft tools 8.43/HRMS 8.8. The technical lead for all conversion of Infinium HR/PY
data to PeopleSoft, including the data mapping and actual conversion of individual properties. Incorporated /
documented all customs changes in PeopleSoft 8.1 HRMS environment into STAT by Quest. Senior developer for
upgrade of PeopleSoft 7.51 to 8.1. Perform all new HRMS development, maintenance and tax upgrades in
PeopleSoft 8.1. Work with HRIS, help desk, functional analysts and payroll department of all system issues.
Handle all user support for legacy Infinium system. Project Lead for Infinium 9.2 upgrade.
LADD Furniture, Inc. – November 1996 to November 1998.
Senior Systems Engineer/Programmer-Analyst. Duties included support for Corporate Functions, LADD
Transportation and programming needs for four furniture divisions. Responsible for order entry, inventory,
inventory cut planning, shipping, routing, invoicing, bin inventory management, physical inventory. Trained staff in
the new systems for the Conversion and lead the first Physical Inventory at the Pennsylvania House Division.
