Orchestrated turnaround of company accounts in a region. I was selected to be the Regional
Recruiting Manager for the 14 Districts in the state of Florida in 2007. During an 18 month timeframe I
increased New Producers by 87% through the implementation of new processing strategies and
technology tools.
Rebuilt prominent area in record time. Recently I served as the Regional Manager for the Northern
Ohio Project initiative. During my time on the Project, the area experienced dramatic increases in both
qualitative (morale, teamwork) and quantitative (producers, sales) areas.
As a Registered-Representative (1999 – 2001) I was consistently in the top 10% of company producers.
Named “Producer of the Year” in 2000 & 2001 for leadership and levels of productivity.
