Created an Internet Web Service which allows subscribers to receive

real-time customized traffic alerts in real-time directly to their mobile

device.

In order to accomplish this I developed and wrote software to strip HTML

tags from internet traffic. Re-wrote and fix low-level bug in DNS

Developed High-Performance Matching Logic in SQL to match

Subscriber Alert Requests with traffic alerts.
