Programmatic Support Analyst: Westar, Inc. – December 2007 to Present
Served as a source selection board member for the Joint-Air-to-Ground Missile System (JAGM). Primary duties
include evaluating Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), interviewing Integrated
Product Teams (IPTs), running Schedule Risk Assessments. Also developed a fully-integrated Government
schedule as a “roadmap” for potential offerors, assisted in writing a Risk Management Plan, and building a path-to-
contract award schedule. Supported/Facilitated two Integrated Baseline Reviews post contract award.
Project Control Analyst: SAIC, Inc. - June 2007 to December 2007
Supported the Army’s Future Combat Systems (FCS) Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) team; working in an IPT
environment assisting the Program, IPT, and Control Account Managers (CAMs). Provided a broad range of
project control duties, with special emphasis on both LSI (Lead Systems Integrator) and multiple subcontractors’
schedule management. Maintained a fully-integrated, detailed, “virtual”schedule; and working with CAMs to build
float into the critical path to reduce program risk was of key concern. Analysis of schedule data, managing the
schedule baseline, and management of the change control process were also daily functions. Also periodically
supported and updated program level “tiered” schedules, and supported“complementary” programs with schedule
development.
Programmatic Support Analyst: Westar, Inc. – March 2006 to June 2007
Served as a Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) to Aviation System’s Air Mission Equipment (PM-
AS AME) supporting scheduling development. Worked with product teams to refine schedule fidelity, horizontally
integrate the product schedules, and vertically integrate the platforms AME serves. Supported monthly Program
Management Reviews (PMRs), performed schedule health-checks, and was responsible for promoting the value of
the schedule as a tool. Also assisted in writing process documentation for scheduling, risk assessment and process
asset libraries. Assisted in Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) preparations and renegotiations between the
program office and platforms.
Programmatic Support Analyst: CAS, Inc. - October 2000 to March 2006
Served as a SETA to the Army/Air Force’s new Future Cargo Aircraft (FCA) program. Responsibilities included
creating a networked schedule from program inception; identifying and tracking documentation needed to
successfully pass a milestone decision; supporting efforts leading to a Contract Award decision.
Previously supported BLACK HAWK Program Office in support of the UH-60 Modifications and UH-60 M
development projects. Responsibilities included building, resource loading, and updating Integrated Master
Schedules and identifying necessary resources; establishing budgets (in hours only) and tracking actuals (in hours
only); providing Risk Management support, assessing risk levels, preparing risk mitigation plans, monitoring and
statusing risks in a Risk Management Control Board; documenting processes; maintaining action item databases;
and mentoring a junior analyst.
Previously contributed to the Army Airborne Command and Control System (A2C2S) program. Served as Data
Management Officer and developed and implemented Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) tracking system.
Supported Configuration Management with contract modifications, performed tracking and reporting subcontractor
charges, and prepared briefing slides. Assisted in the development of the Request for Proposal (RFP) / Contracts
Requirements Package (CRP) and served on the Source Selection Evaluation Board for A2C2S.
Management Analyst: Teledyne Brown Engineering - Aug 1999 to October 2000
Served as team member of the National Missile Defense (NMD) Lead System Integration (LSI) project in the
Program Controls group. Assisted in the preparation and analysis of Government-required cost and schedule
EVMS reports, and supported IPT leads in their management over Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements.
Responsibilities included preparing monthly PMRs, updating weekly Staffing Plans, supporting Configuration
Management in database maintenance, and making deliverables to the customer/prime contractor.
Customer Service & Cash Office Manager: Stein Mart, Inc - Nov 1997 to Aug 1999
Provided excellent customer relations service and support. Performed daily audits, sales reports, and assisted in
hiring and training of new employees. Maintained employee records, wrote employee evaluations, made bank
