• Manage $4M budget, 3 direct and 40 indirect reports, and 3 Six-Sigma Black Belts.
• Manage product portfolio: including CRM, product population tracking, web applications,
product specification, New Product Introduction (NPI), Application & Introduction (A&I)
capabilities. Result: Improved ability and velocity to deliver what the customer needs, and
deliver a higher quality experience for internal users, dealers, OEM’s, and end use customers.
Program Manager
Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the MKIS capital solution.
• Manage $2.5M capital budget, with $10M total cost of delivery.
• Lead integration of PMI, Six-Sigma, Agile and ITIL ITSM process frameworks for Global
Petroleum. Result: Improved speed and cost for delivery of business services.
• Created and launched a tier-2 divisional PMO. Result: Improved effectiveness, velocity and

Management, Cognos reporting and analytics, IBM Information Server, Sharepoint, Master Data
Management, and enterprise Customer Data Integration (CDI).

Enterprise Architect
Led a cross divisional program team in delivery of CIO initiated strategic business improvement
initiatives, that span all aspects of the business IT enterprise.
• Program Manager with 8 direct and 42 indirect reports from 5 multi-national delivery groups.
• Led the operational integration of all six business units in the enterprise, after an acquisition
stream aggregated 27 formerly independent companies. Led the strategic alignment in the
definition of the next generation of integrated services for the Business IT enterprise: new
technologies to be adopted, organizational alignment, and first-time introduction of cross border
centers of best practice. Result: Generated a cost savings of $450,000 in the first 4 months by
improving speed of delivery for PMO managed project initiation, planning and scoping activities.
• Created and launched the formal Enterprise Integration Program with the regional and
enterprise PMO offices; a multi-phase agile program with 10 work streams with 57 initiatives.
Result: Cost savings of $5-10M/yr are predicted for this strategic phase alone. This was a first
ever use of two business models, a multi-work stream program with agile program/project
governance, and a cross border centers of excellence delivery model.

Business Systems Manager
Strategic leader of Business-Technology Alignment and Enterprise Solutions Architecture for Technology
Solutions Group.
• Reported to VP, lead 12 process analysts, 3 enterprise architects, and a 140 person delivery team.
• Led the analysis and technical and solution architecture for the complete RADIX platform
for 5 years. Result: The RADIX program grew to include 25 embedded technologies in a
continuously available 4-tier architecture, supporting 500+ global customers, and generating
$2+B in revenue annually, while increasing the customer and revenue base by 350%, the number
of embedded technologies by 40%, and the IT solution performance and availability by 800%.
• Created a ‘first of its kind’, shared ownership business model for managed services
operational delivery. Result: Delivered contract requirement for a $1.4B customer, a key market
entry criteria for HP to be a top tier managed services provider.
Enterprise Solutions Architect
Responsible for enterprise strategies and complete solutions for global enterprise operations, continuous
business improvement and next generation business strategies for HP-IT and HP Global Services.

on-hand by 25%, increased material turns by 300%, improved delivery efficiency by 450%, and
created a new pre-production server provisioning model for delivery of standard infrastructure
assemblies to national data centers on-demand.
• Created a ITIL/ITSM centralized shared services delivery solution supporting operational
excellence for global operations in 168 countries; including technology, infrastructure, business
processes and organizational structure. Result: Aligned the global service desk, the network
operations center, and the enterprise operations command center; and reduced operational costs
by 70% across the enterprise.
Positron Corporation, Houston, Texas
Software Technology Manager
Responsible for product development and software manufacturing for a family of FDA type-II Positron
Emission Technology (PET) nuclear medical imaging systems, with a market unit cost of $2-4M.
• Product Manager of software product design and development of a ‘first of its kind’,
commercial-grade, clinical PET medical imaging scanner. Result: Successfully productized three
generations of the FDA approved PET POSICAM product line, marketing for $ 2-4 M/ea.
