Primary Responsibilities: Maintain a smooth flow of the pack lines by assuring all materials are ready to
go for the next pack also the personal know what and where they will be doing for the next pack.
Work with shipping department to palletize per order as needed. Assemble units doing a quality
check before shipping. Compare work order to packaging send ECO to engineering on any changes
needed. Work with project managers on sample packaging.
Results & Achievements:
Created drawings for each job locating items on the line and detailing the steps each person
needs to perform and position on the line. Improving the speed of line change over’s and
helping material handlers.
Was asked to join the quality team to setup SOP manual for the company, work was still in

temperatures and cook times for FDA. Address Safety and Sanitation issues through out the shop.
Follow GMP’s on production floor. Do reviews on quarterly basis. Work with QC with on any
