OBJECTIVE
I would like to utilize my 25 years of financial & analytical skills to work independently
on day to day accounting, or in collaboration with CFO/Controller on projects to
maximize efficiency and to relieve their time constraints.
EDUCATION
CPE (40 hrs annually since 1984). Most recently courses concentrated in Data
Preparation and Analysis for Management. I also have broad general experience with

Contract Tax Manager
Contract assignment during busy season. I prepared returns, reviewed returns, supervised
three other accounting staff, learned new tax program as they merged with another firm
in February. Even with a merger and learning curve on new software. I was partly
responsible for 25% increase in output by staff which resulted in increased billings for
firm. I was hired to work twenty four hrs/week but worked much more as situation
demanded.

Contract Consultant
I worked 20 to 25 hrs. wkly in all areas of day to day accounting. My duties included
payroll, (both day to day and regarding 401K problems and analysis.), general ledger,
disbursements, audit preparation and internal financial statement preparation for a
number of subsidiaries, tax preparation past due and current for eight different
companies.

along with financial counseling & divorce preparation. Currently I work as needed with
