• Sole contributor to a 5-month project setting up a new Abrasive Flow process. Brought an outsourced

installation and programming of new PLC machine controls to satisfy ergonomic requirements.
• Led 4 member project team to purchase and implement 3 electro-chemical processing lines to support a
$10+ million initiative implementing a new product design and processes. Served as contact with
equipment manufacturer, including being the liaison with process R&D scientists. Tracked $2+ million

Designed and implemented various types of equipment and upgrades for the automation and system
