Human Resources:

Manage corporate Human Resources function including, employee relations, compensation,

compliance, policy interpretation, and business objectives such as Work Share, open

Revamped WC strategy to reduce costs nationwide; isolated the areas in need of immediate attention

reduced WC losses, complied with OSHA guidelines, and improved the general safety and well-being

Managed audit project of all HR areas at Corporate, the gap analysis was used to strategically lead
