critical customer (patent pending). Created a process and functional map of the customer’s
production-line leading to development of a product that would eliminate an expensive step.
Prevented a $3MM customer from shutting down production. Differential scanning calorimetry
(DSC) revealed polymer annealing of a suppliers film.
