Developed new market in states of Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Assisted end user
corporation in determining proper fleeting level, aging and consolidation of older
equipment. Assisted end user in ordering of new equipment. Oversaw delivery of new
equipment. Trained end user personnel (at all levels of organization). Oversaw and
determined warranty claim process so as to ensure customer satisfaction while
maintaining parent companies bottom line. Worked with and trained Manufacturers Reps
for all of outside Home Depot sales. This required frequent travel and coordination to
ensure resources were used to their full extent. Traveled frequently with Manufacturers
Sales Reps, providing sales process coaching, product training.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Attended local and national trade shows on an a regular basis.
Developed annual sales plan, submitted budgets and always came in well under
established budget. Met frequently with Regional and Operational Managers to develop a
more business relationship. Met frequently with Senior VP of company to offer field
insight on development of sales policy as well as recommending product revisions and
suggested engineering changes. Worked with Senior VP on projects, sales strategies,
marketing programs in Region.
