Objective:

Management Experience:
Simultaneously manage, and oversee multiple projects with combined contracts totaling 10 to 20 million
dollars. These duties included, but were not limited to, meeting with clients to provide cost efficient solutions to
land development challenges; work closely with engineers, project managers, estimators, foremen, and sub-
contractors to maintain on schedule projects, accurate up to date drawings, and job cost records, as well as
assure superior earnings for my employer; management and mobilization of equipment fleets; management of
manpower requirements to include new hires, and employee disciplinary actions; mediate and maintain records
of weekly progress meetings with owners, sub-contractors, and affiliated parties; meet with clients, county,
state, and federal officials to assure all project bonding, submittals, and permitting are in place; prepare and
negotiate contracts and change orders.
Field Experience:
All government, commercial, and residential work involving skilled labor; heavy equipment operation; and field
supervision to include but not limited to concrete construction; wood and metal framing; structural steel
erection; grading and utility construction (storm, sanitary, water, gas, elec. comm); heavy highway and bridge
construction; erosion control and stablization;
Additional Experience:
Transportation of heavy equipment; diesel engine and heavy equipment mechnanics; affiliated with sports field,
and golf course construction; environmentally demanding projects (stream restoration/relocation); aircraft
recovery.

United States Marine Corps School of Engineering

Spent countless hrs of classroom time and attending seminars, to continually further my knowledge of subjects
such as but not limited to; construction management; money management; employer/employee
relations; workman’s compensation, and osha regulations; construction site safety; implementation of drug free
programs; use of windows xp; microsoft word & excel; heavybid, and paydirt.
