Initial assignment as a HR Technician in Employment. HRIS Implementation, Promoted to Compensation & Benefits Resource
responsible for managing an administrative person as well as managing the entire compensation process for the company, including a
$6M compensation/benefits budget. Title changed to HR Generalist, responsible for entire HR spectrum for a designated number of
