Human Resources Generalist 1982 to 1996

Initial assignment as a HR Technician in Employment. HRIS Implementation, Promoted to Compensation & Benefits Resource

responsible for managing an administrative person as well as managing the entire compensation process for the company, including a

$6M compensation/benefits budget. Title changed to HR Generalist, responsible for entire HR spectrum for a designated number of

employees. Quality Assurance ISO-9000 job aid developer.

Led a team effort to bring in an in-house gym, along with wellness programs that helped to reduce benefits cost by 20% per year
