Lead Superintendent for the Tommy Hilfiger contract where each of the four stores cost in excess

of $2 million.

Interpreted blueprints and checked for errors while confirming that work completed by the sub-

contractors matched the blueprints.

Lead project manager for a contract with the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Consisted of a

three-phase plan over a period of three years where we replaced “metal pan style” ceilings in the

college high-rise dormitories and commons areas. I also attended weekly project board meetings

with other subcontractors and college officials to keep the project running smoothly and on time.

Co-contributor in the designing and building of a cashier area and “Fire-Keepers” booths for

Potowatomi Casino in Milwaukee, WI. The project entailed custom cabinetry and other “high end”

finish carpentry work as well as managing project subcontractors. Role also consisted of meeting

with Tribe-Officials on design specifications.

Lead Installer for a contract with Home Depot that entailed the installation of complete kitchen

and bathroom cabinetry in residential and commercial settings through-out southern Wisconsin.

8/99 – 5/01 NorthStar Contracting Appleton, WI

Performed construction tasks such as finish work, hanging dry wall, and demolition.

Aided in the production of plastic laminate or wood veneer style cabinetry and countertops, which

Computer knowledge: Can navigate Microsoft Office software and windows-based applications,

word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs, Prolog, some Auto-Cad and Chief Architect,

as well as Excel, Timberline, Microsoft Project, Primavera and Projectmates. Currently scheduling

most of my projects on Primavera Contractor 6.1.

Volunteered time to local Habitat for Humanity as well as construction-work to my local church.
