SUMMARY
Mr. Manley has over 32 years of design and drafting experience in process
piping for various industries. Throughout his career he has work for just
four employers: Fluor, Savannah River Site, Ch2mHill/Lockwood Greene and
Reynolds, Smith & Hills, During employment at each, he was assigned to
various projects as a 2D and 3D Designer and performed walk downs in the
field. He is proficient in the use of MicroStation, and has also used 3D
PDS for approximately 17 years (34,000 hours). He is skilled in the
checking of orthographic and isometric drawings and is also familiar with
SmartPlant Review Station for checking and reviewing 3D projects.

enrichment facility, which incorporates next-generation technology that is
more efficient than high-cost, high-volume gaseous diffusion technology.
Currently under construction, the facility will produce 3.8MM SWU uranium-
enriched fuel for the nuclear power industry annually.
