I worked at writing adult daily living skills programs for individuals with

disabilities. I oversee the data collection process and make adjustments to the

programs as needed to ensure increased level of independence. I oversee

training of direct care staff for our individuals. This agency is a Residential

Habilitation agency.

• I oversaw the operations of the office. I managed three professional staff,

one Administrative Assistant, and approximately 50 direct care staff

employees. I also managed four Residential Habilitation homes that

housed approximately 10 clients, and approximately 60 Developmental

Therapy clients. My job duties consist of completing developmental

assignments, creating and monitoring programs, and assessing data

information. I also attended doctor appointments, counseling

appointments, PO appointments, and ISP appointments. I completed

Intake Assessments on individuals that were transferring from Idaho State

School and Hospital in Nampa, or Idaho State Hospital South in Blackfoot.
