In my role as Senior Estimator was responsible for detailed project estimates from design conception to construction documents.

Responsabilities included detailed quantity take-off for all CSI divisions 1-16, pricing, estimate format and organization. Provided

cost opinions and contractor cost review to financial institutions as to project feasability including change orders and claims

analysis. Reviewed contractor schedules of value and contracts, and performed cost/ progress review for lenders such as Wells

Fargo Commercial Real Estate, First National Bank of Anchorage and Washington Capitol Management including contractual

compliance with project requirements.

Prepared proposals for clients and maintained client relationships.

Performed/reviewed construction schedules in Microsoft Project and Primavera P3. Acted as the designer's cost consultant during

the pre-design, charrette, design and value engineering process. Consulted as to cost and feasability for design/build proposals.

Reviewed work performed by staff for accuracy. Completed staff perfomance reviews.

Provided cost estimates for development of facilities associated with the transition to C-17and F22 aircraft at Elmendorf AFB.
