• Served as the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) site coordinator for Hennepin. TCO is a corporate
initiative that focused on developing ideas for cost savings in targeted areas. One idea saved the
company $650,000 in the first year.

• Identified and developed strategies for reducing reprocessing. Reduced reprocessing off of the
Temper Mill by 10%.
