42 Story Condominium with 10 Story Parking garage. $98 Million
Responsibilities: Micro manages the window contractor to complete installation and pass water
intrusion tests. Complete buyout of project. Manage RFI’s and change orders to owner. Contract
reconciliation with subs. Work with surety to close out project and prepare for pending litigation.

22 Story Building, 5 Floor parking garage and 17 Story Condo tower. $58 Million
Responsibilities: Manage all phases of project including site utilization and off site lay down, buy-out,
contract negotiations, and change order management, pay applications from subs and to owner.
Coordinate with the City for shutdowns and road closures.

Multipurpose building with Gymnasium, offices and kitchen to be used as school class rooms.

Responsibilities: Manage all phase of project from scope buyout, scheduling, pay applications from
subs and to owner. Change order management, coordination with owner and architect. Project close out.
• February 2005 to 1999 The Haskell Company – Huntsville Alabama
Project Manager – The Villages
Mold and mildew remediation $1.5 Million
Responsibilities: Determine the cause of the mold growth in the nursing care, single family homes,
apartments and lodge. Remediate, test and repair the substrates returning the units back to finish
condition. Coordinate with engineers as to cause and effect and what measures to take to overcome the
air infiltration into the buildings. Solicit bids and write contracts for subs. Coordinate with subs to
return and complete their warranty work when applicable. Work closely with the nursing staff and
Property Management Company to limit the possibility of exposure and limit the inconvenience to the
residences.

• Project Manager – Waterman Villages Assisted Living Facility The Haskell Company
Team won the ABC Award of Excellence for renovations. $2 Million
Responsibilities: Subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations for owner direct purchase of material.
Manage purchase orders to the owner for payment of material. Sub pay application and pay application
to owner. Scheduling and Coordination with staff for shut down and demo of portions of the existing
building. Project close out.
• Assistant Project Manager – Oak Ridge National Laboratory The Haskell Company
Oak Ridge Tennessee $52 Million Private Development
Project consisted of 3 buildings consecutively, 1 Computer Lab, 1 Office Building, and 1 Testing lab
Responsibilities: Site utilization set up and demobilization. Coordinate with owner’s representative for
access to the reservation and off site parking, transportation from remote parking lots, temporary fencing
and lay down areas. Manage various subcontractor buyouts and contract negotiations. Manage request
for information and submittal documents. Review drawing revisions and solicit bids from subs affected.
Review quotes and verify added scope and cost. Update schedule for submittals and material deliveries.
Completed project close out including coordination with owner on warranty work.
• Acting and Assistant Project Manager The Haskell Company
Atlantic Dry Dock: Pre-engineered metal buildings: Consisting of one new multiple uses 5000Sf @ 1.5
Million and two additions on existing buildings.
Distribution Freezer Center: Managed the purchase and installation of the insulated metal wall panels
and the TPO roof system. Completed pay applications to GC
MCI stand alone generator building 1.5 Million: Managed the contract buy out, coordination with
owner representative and their subcontractors for the feeder change over from JEA and the new transfer
switch, site utilization. Scheduling, change management and design issues due to poor substrate
requiring the addition of screw piles for the building foundation. Completed project close out
Times Union Theater for the performing arts:
Project was to add the infrastructure to support a pipe organ. Managed the scope buyouts, coordination
of documents between the engineer and the organ builders to complete the design. Coordinated work
hours due to orchestra practice and special events. Coordinate system scaffolding installation and
removal around special events to complete the build out. Completed close out of project and final
payment to subs.
Managed the roofing division installing TPO and EPDM roof system on various in house projects
including Frito-lay in Arkansas 500,000 Sf TPO system, ENKI in Jacksonville 200,000Sf TPO system.
EPDM systems on Flight Simulator buildings. Internal gutter system and EPDM roofing system on
Zephyr Hills water bottling plant expansion. Managed take off of material quantities and pricing to
internal PM. Coordinate purchase and installation of roof system at job site. Prepare pay applications.

• Assistant Superintendent/ MEP coordinator The Haskell Company
Faulkenburg Road Jail $28 Million
A pilot program for The Haskell Company to cross train their superintendents in the MEP trades and in
turn I would be trained in tilt panel construction and concrete finishing. Responsibilities included but
not limited to review the tilt panel drawings for punched opening elevation and coordination with the
mechanical drawings. Review of the tilt panel drawings and their assembly for revels, in-beds and
structural steel placement. Placement of tilt panels and layout of casting beds. Tasked with closing out
the first building which consisted of pour backs, coordination of the installation of the clear story
windows, break metal and standing seam roof system. Installation of the hollow metal window frames
15’ X 15’ and the required grouting, built up roofs and security doors. After completing the first
building was assigned to the second matching building and shaved 55 days off the duration to complete.
Completed punch list and work with engineers to adjust the negative air flow in the units, changing
motor pulleys and verifying amperage to meet code requirements for negative pressure in gang showers
