Vice President of Human Resources, San Ramon, CA 2005 - 2008
A $40M+ privately held SaaS company that provided 401(k) record keeping and administration services.
• Instrumental in consulting and becoming a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Team by
providing HR strategies and programs which resulted in improved team leadership, effective
company communication and facilitating change in a fast paced work environment.
• Achieved success in executive recruiting a CFO, CTO, VP of Marketing, GC and other executive
positions in less than a year to ensure the company was positioned for growth. Coached newly
formed executive team to support increased revenue growth and new product initiatives as the
company prepared for an IPO.
• Developed a staff and executive compensation program which included C-level compensation,
bonus programs and stock option grant programs with recommendations made to Board of
