control of equipment and material for the industrial maintenance and construction industrial projects.

The average project cost ranged between fifteen to thirty million dollars, which included: Pump and valve

Formalized and reviewed all BOMs (Bill of Material), and developed material and equipment cataloging system
for accurate purchasing and expediting of material and equipment goods for all Albinali Engineering &
Construction projects.
Registered Albinali Trading and all of their manufacturers with the Saudi government, the individual
government ministries, and the major companies participating in business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
United Engineers – Raytheon (July 1985-January 1990) Middle East Division

Negotiated contract, establish budget, determined and submitted value engineering, directed, coordin ated and
supervised construction activities i.e., all field work, procurement and material control on three ARAMCO
projects simultaneously.
Directed field engineers, craft supervision and subcontractors on work activities including, but not limited to,
project purchasing, bill of materials, change orders, purchasing and expediting of equipment and material from
Europe and the United States.
Responsible for field engineering, lay out, excavation and installation of all project utilities, (electrical, s anitary,
fire protection and communications)
Managed 48", 56", and 60" water lines for petroleum extrusion process, (this included the refurbishing of the
Juhama camp WWTP).
Responsible for all field construction and project documentation and updatin g all as built drawings,
procurement, material control documents and change orders.
Set up and coordinated all shipping, transfer, transport, issuing, rece iving, and security of all project material
and equipment over three hundred kilometers. (Working three projects simultaneously costing $65M, $83M,
$107M)
