2002 – DIVISION CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - Wisconsin: Homes by Towne of

Oct. 09 Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI (Zilber Ltd. / Towne Group is a national developer and builder

for residential and commercial projects).

• Manage the design and construction operations for residential single family and

condominium homes in Southeastern Wisconsin. Average annual closings of

approximately 60 – 80 homes per year.

• Develop, train, manage, and motivate all construction department personnel in order to

achieve all corporate real estate development, construction, and sales goals.

• Develop and manage a Quality Assurance (QA) Program for the Wisconsin Division to

achieve the highest ratings possible from our liability insurance company.

serving the national health care and local commercial markets. Manage and direct all

functions of the design/build project from initial sales, preliminary owner contract, site

feasibility studies, A/E design services, estimating, governmental permit agencies, on-site

construction management, final owner contract, through completion, final acceptance and

close out. As the project team leader, act as the primary driving force with all intercompany

team members; top administration, accounting, contract administration, architectural,

engineering, estimating, construction management, manufactured products, cabinetry and

RF/Magnetic shielding. Prepare and present the project feasibility report/proposal which

identifies the project issues, solutions, schematic design, budget, timetable and

recommendations for owner approval to proceed into the final design/build contract.

1982 - 1984 ESTIMATOR: American Medical Buildings, Inc., Milwaukee, WI (Publicly held

for the construction pricing of preliminary and final budgets for projects ranging from 20,000

to 80,000 square feet with budgets up to $6 million. Coordinated with the design and

construction management departments to accurately compile quantitative price analyses from

schematic designs or final construction drawings. Extensively utilized computer estimating

systems, internal/external construction data and various other factors to compile an estimate/

price to be utilized by the marketing and construction departments to sell the project.

- 1 yr. - Brookfield, WI (Publicly held real estate syndication company). Directed, managed and

supervised renovation and remodeling of residential multi-family projects.

1980 - 1981 DRAFTSMAN: INRYCO, Inc., Milwaukee, WI (INRYCO was a division of Inland Steel

- 1 yr. - Company). Architectural draftsman in the Building Panels Engineering Department.

1977 - 1980 PROJECT DEVELOPER: UniShelter, Inc., Greenfield, WI (Publicly held residential

schematic design and municipal approval to final acceptance by the municipality. (Note:
