and/or commercial projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
I have twenty-two years in management, outside sales, installation and service in
commercial, industrial and residential overhead doors, loading dock equipment,
material handling equipment and specialty doors. The last four years, I have been
an Assistant Superintendent in multi-family construction. I have overseen the
completion of over nine hundred units, which included apartment complexes,
custom condominiums and custom single-family homes. I have always approached
my responsibilities with tenacity and dedication. I am experienced using Microsoft
and other programs. I have exceptional communication and leadership skills. I am

EXPERIENCE
Assistant Superintendent June, 2007 to

Auburn, Alabama
Directed sub-contractors in the performance of their work from site preparation to
completion of project. Other duties were, but not limited to, working with the
Project Manager and Lead Superintendent, conducting weekly meetings, developing
completion schedules and maintaining the job within budget; ordered and received
job site materials,; maintained on-site equipment, job site waste and directed all
punch carpenters and labor force. Responsible for scheduling M.E.P., site and C.O.
inspections with the local municipalities and conducting said inspections,. Oversaw
the turnover of 480 apartment units in Savannah, Georgia and Nashville, Tennessee.

Responsibilities included scheduling and directing all sub-contractors to perform
their related scopes of work. Other duties were: building and maintaining a
working relationship with local municipal and county inspectors; oversee on-site
labor force (temporary labor); conduct weekly safety meetings, maintaining a safe
job site and work environment with all sub-contractors; conduct weekly production
meetings with sub-contractors; generated punch lists for completion and C.O.
turnover. Project included l9 buildings, 150 unit apartment complex in Pell City,
Alabama, and 50 unit condominium complex and 12 single- family homes on Saint
Andrew Bay in Panama City, Florida.

Foreman of interior finish, including coordinating with and directing sub-
contractors to perform their tasks. Duties included punch out, reconstruction of
framework and general carpentry on multi-family construction site while directing
4 to 6 carpenters. This was an HUD Hope 6 project with 370 units in 21 buildings in
downtown Birmingham, Alabama.

preventive maintenance programs.

Responsible for scheduling service calls and installations of loading dock
equipment, high-speed, specialty and overhead doors, for 3 crews covering the state
of Alabama, 2/3 of Mississippi and the panhandle of Florida. Other duties included
hiring subcontractors to perform related tasks, ordering and maintaining
an inventory of repair and replacement parts, arranging shipping of all new
equipment and parts for branch offices, job sites and customers.
