• Managed KeyBank’s divestiture of McDonald & Associates to UBS from the corporate real estate perspective, i.e.;

developed and managed tasks and milestones, reported status to senior management, peer groups and the

customer, and coordinated the demise and build-out of space, personnel moves and asset transition.

• Responsible for initial branch planning and task/milestone scheduling for major modernization initiative affecting

entire retail organization.

Director of the LIS Group commented at completion that this budget was the most detailed they had ever

produced and felt that it was going to be their most accurate, as well.
