Perform due diligence and financial modeling for acquisitions and divestitures

Participate in system conversions and the rollout of new software

regarding strategy, personnel, operations, etc.

Perform and/or supervise and review the following:

o Monthly financial closes, reporting, and analysis

o Detailed monthly and quarterly forecasts

o Twice annual physical inventory adjustments
