• Implemented the integration of two separate responsibilities, Buyer & Planner,

to achieve department efficiencies.

• Led cross-functional team to develop a supplier website. Website measurements

reviewed and reported on-time delivery, quality & quantity of deliveries, etc.

Registered over 100 suppliers representing 90% of total production spending.

• Led team that implemented a Dock to Stock program which eliminated the need

for inspection of more than 7,000 parts from certified suppliers.

• Responsible for managing and negotiating annual DELL contract of over $2M.

• Lead person for corporate education and training for $300K State of Michigan

education grant.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MAPICS ERP

software.
