store experiences for 98-store national specialty chain. Owned P&L for a $35M multi-category business.

• Realized a 20% comparable store sales increase and a 400 basis point gross margin increase in 2007

through a more innovative and focused target-right product mix.

• Created exclusive product lines, direct mail pieces and in store launches for key tween properties.

Built a strong partnership with Disney Consumer Products and Music divisions to develop unique
