Marketing and Administrative Consultant

Stewbo, LLC, a youth sport internet marketing firm that was created by former NHL players. XPro’s

primary business objectives is to promote a youth sport curriculum product as well as create an

online social network community that connected kids, parents and coaches with professional

athletes from the NHL and other professional sports to promote their individual brands and sell their

products. I was tasked with interfacing with client leadership to manage a staff of two engineer

contractors and one graphic design firm to set forth the product development strategy for website

backend design and implement creative website content, brand strategy and primary brand strategy

for overall corporate strategy. Managed and coordinated budget administration functions, business

development process, developed relations with potential investors, affiliate partners, and other key

clients. Evaluated market environment and provided detailed reports to client leadership, potential

investors and key clients. In addition, I also constructed the administrative policies for the

organization and performed day to day administrative functions.

Selective Achievements

- Streamlined corporate business and administrative operations processes by 100% from

predecessor while reducing wasted resources and bring in more resources at reduced

Executive Assistant and Administrative Manager

W eatherBug, the leading provider of weather information services, owns and operates a proprietary

network of 8,000 WeatherBug Tracking Stations and more than 1,000 cameras that are strategically

placed at schools, public safety facilities and television stations throughout the U.S. These

professional grade weather stations generate live neighborhood level reports every second. As the

Executive Administrative Manager, I was tasked with management of three administrative assistants,

supported corporate executive team and board of directors with administrative tasking including

calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation. Created administrative protocols

and procedures for corporate wide use, budget administration, event planning, served as the primary

software trainer for new employees for entire company, project manager for special events including

hurricane response teams. In addition to my role as Executive Administrative Manager, I was also

dually tasked as a Marketing Manager for the Consumer Division and in this role, I created and

implemented new branding identity for Weatherbug divisions, created content for external and internal

clients, worked with the VP of Marketing on affiliate channel relationships to leverage new clients for
