Goldman Sachs

Senior Technical Project Manager, assumed overall project responsibility for a failing 15,000 PC

technology refresh services contract valued at $2m with a team of 20 IT Specialists. Contract was at risk

because poor performance and poor client expectation management. Restructured the team, improved

moral, and rebuilt client relationship. Awarded additional $1.2m contract extension, and

received IBM Customer Achievement Award.

Barnes and Noble

Transitional Manager, acting CIO for Barnes and Noble Textbooks.Com. As CIO, managed development

and implementation of a new e-Commerce site. Developed user and marketing requirements, developed

project plan and managed a team of 10 offsite web designers and developers. Project was delivered on-

time, with acceptable 5% cost overrun to accommodate design change requests.

Start-Up vertical market software company specializing in media buying software.
