Representing the family of the world famous Remy Cointreau Company (RCO Paris, France), my
responsibilities as Owner Representative, Senior Project Manager and Special Consultant
include oversight of all construction related operations of this beautiful historic Art Deco hotel on
South Beach. Complete renovation, adding luxury high-end fashion boutique and highly acclaimed
Kaspia Restaurant. Construction budget of $10M.

The Village of Sea Oaks 2002 – 2008
Vero Beach, Florida
Director of Development and Construction Project Manager charged with the oversight of all
building construction and development for award-winning seaside community. Developer was
Nexity of Paris, France. Responsibilities included complete development and construction
management of ten multi-family condominium buildings ranging from $2M to $5M and fifty-eight
custom single family homes ranging from $350K to over $850K.
Ecclestone Signature Homes 2001 – 2002
Palm Beach, Florida
Consultant and General Manager for northern division, high-end residential satellite construction
office. Communities included PGA Village in St. Lucie West and Tesoro Club in Port St. Lucie.
Projects included luxury custom homes from $450K to over $1M. Responsibilities included oversight
of all operations including land acquisition, site development, architectural design, financing and
budgets, construction and homeowner delivery.
The Windsor Club 1997 – 2001
Vero Beach, Florida
As Owner Representative I reported directly to Canadian billionaire Mr. Galen Weston (Toronto,
Canada), for this exclusive upscale seaside community, my responsibilities included acquiring and
developing the raw land, negotiating contracts with town planners, builders, a rchitects and engineers,
creating and managing master plan budgets and schedules as well as overseeing all construction
related activities as Senior Project Management. Projects ranged from $1M custom homes to multi-
million dollar residences, nine high-rise condominiums and various commercial amenity buildings.
Highlights included the orchestration of an $11M custom residence for the Weston’s on the beach
with an aggressive schedule of 12 months, a $2M Town Hall/Church, a $7.5M Village Center which
includes a unique mix of luxury suites, offices, a general store, post office, amphitheater and security
headquarters. Also included are an $8M golf clubhouse and nine high-rise condominium buildings
valued at $30M.
Arthur Rutenberg Homes 1993 – 1997
Clearwater, Florida and Stuart, Florida
Beginning as Director of Estimating, I quickly advanced to Operations Manager representing the
ARH Corporate office to over 35 franchised building companies. I then became Vice President and
General Manager of AR Martin Homes, Inc. (Arthur Rutenberg of Martin County). Responsibilities
included complete management and supervision of an Arthur Rutenberg Homes franchise. My charge
was to oversee all operations: sales & marketing, site acquisition, financing and budgets, cost
controls and construction of high-end custom homes from $500K to well over $1M.
