Residential Builders Board. I have held my Builders license for more than 20 years.

the Bay Area Transportation Authority Bus Transfer Center in Traverse City, MI. Including a Gold
LEED Certification.
Rotary President: I served as President for the Traverse Bay Sunrise Rotary Club.
Certifications: I earned the designation of Certified Professional Construction through the American
Institute of Constructors and Certified Flatwork Technician through the ACI. I also earned my Building
and Envelope Analyst Professional Certification through the Building performance Institute.
Reverses a profit decline: While serving as director of operations. I cut office overhead by 33%
and increased productivity in the field.
Educator: I was sought out by the local community collage to instruct construction related
classes.
