Consultant (2007-Present); Vice President, Human Resources (2000-2007)
Currently leading a staff of 25 to implement an integrated accounting system which creates transparency
and streamlines internal operations among payroll, the GL, admitting, and all hospital departments. Serve
as the team lead with the vendor and proactively oversee each phase of implementation.
Previously served as the VP, HR for 7+ years and led a staff of 3 supporting 350 employees. Created all
programs and policies, developed training modules, and contributed as part of the hospital’s executive
team to facilitate better business decisions and devise strategies to ensure an effective and proactive
staff. Led wage and salary programs, and revised the compensation structure to include incentives for
the nursing staff. Passed 2 JCAHO surveys with no HR recommendations.
