designs that w ere si te s pecifi c for my clients needs. My cons truction pl ans an d s peci fications

always meet or ex ceed local & s tate building codes an d ordinan ces.

My plans alw ays inclu de the following:

Site Plan with s etback requiremen ts & local restricti ons & s oil erosi on control, Foundati on

plans with footing sections, s oil drainage requi rements & Loading limits .

All four Exteri or Elevations drawn with Manu facture details & s pecs of finish materials

along wi th Finish Grade Lines.

Univers al Design fun damentals are incorporated in to th e Main Floor Plan with eg ress &

daylight Window requi rements al ong wi th all Mechani cal & El ectri cal Layou ts for each fl oor.
