OBJECTIVE

To use my 30+ years experience in Construction with a background in Design/Build,

Construction Management and with General Contractors managing Construction

Divisions Nationally or Internationally. Have had P & L responsibilities for the last 20+

years and projects have ranged up to $250M+, including Federal Projects, Offices-Class

A, Retail, Hospitality, Institutional/Education, Hospitals, Labs, Governmental Contracts,

Dormitories, Civil Work, Heavy and Highway. Have strong estimating skills for all

trades, managing large and small estimating teams and organizations, strong safety

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

ALUTIIQ LLC March 2009 to September 2009

Vice President of Construction

*Provides management of 5 Branch Offices located around the US, Hawaii, and Guam

performing on Military Bases and other Governmental Agencies. Projects include

bid/build and design/build for new construction, renovation, civil projects, and self

performance work. Work includes IDIQ’s, MATOC’s, SATOC’s, GSA, DOD, BIA, and

State Department.

*Projects range from $100K to $100MM.

*Provides management for reviewing projects to pursue, proposal reviews, selecting AE

design/build teams, managing estimating and bid reviews, and managing contract reviews

and bonding requirements.

*Meets and reviews project teams as Military Bases, meetings with CO’s and those in

authority for projects.

*Full P&L responsibility, budget analysis, working with Finance on project costing and

reviews.

*Managing hiring of Branch Managers evaluations and mentorship

*Managing 350 personnel

Vice President of Construction

*Provides management of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers in developing

design/build and 3rd party projects for Class A Projects in Washington, DC and

Philadelphia, PA. on 12-15 project sites.

*Marketing to new clients and past clients for new work.

*Collaborates with Real Estate personnel assessing sites, restrictions with sites and utility

issues.

*Hires and manages Architectural/Engineering/Civil companies in design of projects.

*Work with City officials and permit expediters to obtain permits.

*Managing costing of project, value engineer costing to remain in budget and on
