Quality Engineering Specialist

Managed systems and parts utilizing TPS (Toyota Production System) / Six Sigma including engine,

cooling, intake, exhaust, fuel, tires & wheels, suspension, transmission, and air conditioning.

• Created and implemented procedures utilized by completed vehicle audit inspectors for chassis

and engine components; monitored systems through use of CVIS (Completed Vehicle Inspection

Standard).

• Confirmed engineering changes using PCR, ECR, ECI, TIS, and PFMEA through setup for trial

production runs.

• Lead Engineer in the Functional Group for past model year changes. Complied and monitored all

key indicators for supplied parts to assure quality targets were met before initial mass production.
