Reporting to the President and BOD of the company, transformed sales and P&L of commodity RTOS

software into complete embedded product solutions and consulting engineering services in growth

financial analysts and industry shows, and with customers like Motorola, Rockwell, NXTV, and AMI.

Reorganized marketing, sales, channels, operations, and technical support to drive 45% CAGR over two

years against entrenched competition, a return to profitability, and ultimately acquisition by a hardware
