building structures. Construct storm and sanitary sewers, water mains, street paving, curb and

with design, budget and schedule. Responsibilities include design and blueprint review and

selection, material purchasing, scheduling, and project budgeting. Supervise crews up to 60
workers. Have extensive experience with OSP (Outside Plant) engineering, aerial and
underground cable design. Have fusion and mechanical splicing experience and OTDR usage.
Interfacing with client representatives, subcontractors, security regulatory officials, suppliers, and
governmental officials. Approve all purchase requisition, estimating and change requests.
