and schedule. Responsibilities include design and blueprint review, RFI requests, change orders,

recording of all aspects of material placement. Construction of water/ sewer rehabilitation and

wash water treatment plant facility. This is to include all underground pipe placement and

building structures. Construct storm and sanitary sewers, water mains, street paving, curb and

gutters, sidewalks, and driveways. Make inspections during and upon completion of construction

for line, grade, slope, placement, foundation, and quality of workmanship and materials to include

(CLDI, RCP, HDPE, and PVC). Approve all contractors’ work that is in accordance with job

specifications to the project engineer, clients and governmental departments.

Oversee total Outside Plant Construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance

with design, budget and schedule. Responsibilities include design and blueprint review and

analysis of project, preparation of construction documents, bidding, negotiations, sub contractor

selection, material purchasing, scheduling, and project budgeting. Supervise crews up to 60

workers. Have extensive experience with OSP (Outside Plant) engineering, aerial and

underground cable design. Have fusion and mechanical splicing experience and OTDR usage.

Interfacing with client representatives, subcontractors, security regulatory officials, suppliers, and

governmental officials. Approve all purchase requisition, estimating and change requests.
