Hansen is an international, publicly traded, enterprise (billing and CRM)

software provider focused on the utility and telecom markets. Hansen

acquired Peace Software from First Data Corp. in October ‘08 creating the

largest independent provider of billing and metering solutions. Responsible

for all sales, business development and marketing functions in North

America.

• Built $40M+ pipeline from $0 in 6 months of North American market

launch

• Developed business plan for North American market launch and market

development

• Executed plan initiating contacts with over 300 utilities and industry

contacts

2006 - 2009

Managing Director

Videre Advisors is a consulting firm founded in 2002 that provides business

Evolving Systems is a $50M publicly held custom software and services

provider focused on telecommunications. Initiated and directed two new

business units and drove all business related to our technology,

distribution and services partners.

• Delivered 135% ($5M), 150% ($8M) and 180% ($14M) of revenue

plan in 1998-2000

• Produced $27M in new revenue by launching 2 business unit with 40

employees

• Secured $3M financing for new business unit with Ericsson Hewlett

Packard Telecom (EHPT)

• Developed two opportunities to be acquired and one acquisition

candidate through customer and partner relationships

TRW IS&S (now Experian)

1994 – 1997

TRW IS&S was a $1B division that provided CRM and BI solutions to
