items included two pre action systems for the IT department, air line application for the production

area, caging for high security areas of labs and sensitive storage.

8,000 SF – Renovated and expanded the occupied office space.

25,000 SF – occupied space for the US Census Bureau. Demolition and abatement of asbestos from

the 32nd floor all done in four phases.

12,000 SF – demolition and reconstruction of executive office space.

Aetna Contraction – Alpharetta, GA.

15,000 SF – office space renovation.

Intelligent Switch Gear Organization – Alpharetta, GA.

135,000 SF – demolition and build out of 62,000 SF of office space on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Renovation of 73,000 SF of production and warehouse area. Revamp the drive up access ramp to the

warehouse and enlarge two of the roll up dock doors. Built security caging under the mezzanine.
