Red Arrow Dentistry - Financial Coordinator/Business Administrator 06/1999 – 02/2006
• Reduced company costs by negotiating better terms with all suppliers (including banks), maintaining
constant communication with suppliers, and shrinking inventory by 10%. This resulted in an
estimated yearly savings of $80,000.
• Negotiated unique fee schedules with major insurance companies. In one example, this reduced our
write offs by 15%, ($75,000) on $500,000 of revenue from a single insurance carrier.
• Responsible for the billing and collection operations with our collection’s highest month at 115% of
production. This increased the company cash flow by $20,000 - $30,000 per month ($360,000
annually.)
• Rectified payroll records and produced accurate reporting to review all adjustments to doctor’s
commissions.
• Assembled financial & marketing reports on weekly and monthly basis.
• Hired and supervised a 5 person front office and clinical staff for 4 doctors. We emphasized
sympathetic and supportive patient contact. Administered this undertaking within a budget of
$150,000.
• Maintained a 24-station network that included intra-oral cameras, digital x-rays, and Caesy interoffice
video equipment with an estimated value of $100,000.
• Performed all software upgrades, and supervised 2 file server upgrades.
• Managed and directed all office functions during 2 major physical plant additions with no interruption
of the day to day business operations.
• Supervised all daily operations of clinic with monthly production of $225,000 while also maintaining
an ongoing advertising program with minimal funding.

Direct Value Housing - Operations Administrator 08/1998 – 05/1999
• Responsible for all aspects of setting up new retail dealers to sell the company product.
• Worked regularly with 20 retailers to achieve home financing from various sources in their respective
state. Average financing was $80,000 per transaction, and a retailer could have 3 per month
($4,800,000 yearly.)
• Reviewed lot leases, retail dealer applications, agreements, insurance, credit reports, and other legal
agreements for as many as 20 separate dealers.

• Reduced company’s unemployment expense from over 5% to .7% of payroll, resulting in a savings of
over $25,000 in unemployment expense per year
• Through competitive negotiations, reduced the company insurance expense by 20% ($4,000 annual
