Originally In a call center in Wilmington, N.C., assisted customers over the phone with all
aspects of billing information and technical troubleshooting. While in Oneonta, NY, maintained
all cell phone inventory, performed store audits, became a key-holder and opened and closed
the store. Also was given Manager codes to discount merchandise at my discretion. Dealt with
a lot of customer escalations regarding cell phone service.
Moved into a sales position where rutinely met and exceeded sales quota and continued to
open and close the store and handled customer escalations.

Cable Technician
Installed cable television, broadband internet and wireless networks
One of first 4 Technicians to roll out VOIP telephone service in the Oneonta, NY area
Performed on-call duties for customers that were out of service due to storm damage or
system failure.
Network troubleshooting and customer education.
Set up customer equipment and educated customers on how to use cable service such as
DVR's and HDTV's
