random samples of “Warranty/Returns;” published findings in order to resolve issues; decreasing warranty cost
from 12% in 2000 to 3.4% in 2008
Analyzed, scheduled, and controlled Test Lab workload, average of 500 products yearly under a 4-phase repeat

Engineering ME /Maintenance/Tooling Manager /Production Supervisor/Safety Coordinator
Created forecast and allocated annual budget while consistently under budget by $15,000-$30,000.
Managed, supervised, and led a high performing team three-shift maintenance/tooling/support group, which
consisted of 12 technicians and 3 model makers within a major manufacturing operation.

Designed and built over 100 semi-fully-automatic, multi-functional machines, replacing manual operations at a cost

Managed the relocation of Packaging/Warehouse/Shipping/Warranty departments to newly built facility; organized,

Coordinated equipment move, reconnection, and insulation, as well as designed a new packaging off-load conveyor
