• First Baptist Church of Oviedo, FL – Bid Manager and Project Manager for $25.6 million, 116,600 s.f., 2508

seat, 3 story Sanctuary and related classroom space. Concrete tilt wall construction with hollow core concrete

panels, extensive site work, and underground drainage systems. Building is being constructed within 18’ of

existing facilities. Extensive finish package including theatrical cat walks, acoustical clouds, lapendary panels,

and cast urethane moldings. Oversee team including Assistant Project Manager, Project Administrator, Field

Engineer, Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent.

• Community Christian Church, Tamarac, FL – Project Manager for $13.6 million, 90,000 s.f., 1800 seat, 2 story

Sanctuary and related office space. Concrete tilt wall construction and elaborate finish packages including

terrazzo, epoxy coatings, theatrical lighting systems, and acoustical treatments. Oversee team including

Assistant Project Manager, Project Administrator, Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent.

• Christ’s Church – Fleming Island, Jacksonville, FL – Bid Manager and Project Manager for $5.3 million, 39,400

s.f., 650 seat Sanctuary and classroom facility. Included renovation of an existing chicken hatchery plant that

was converted to the classroom facility. Concrete tilt wall construction and hollow core slabs.

• Pine Castle School for the Adult Disabled – Jacksonville, FL – Bid Manager and Project Manager for $4 million,

20,000 s.f. Life Enrichment Facility. New construction of office, training, and gymnasium facility. Included

block wall, steel truss, metal roof, and finish packages. Constructed on existing campus.

• The Medical Imaging Partnership Facility, Jacksonville, FL – Bid Manager and Project Manager for $3.6 million,

8,000 s.f. medical imaging facility. Fit out facility included state of the art 3.0T MR Machine, PET/CT Scan, and

Mammogram Equipment. Also included elaborate finish packages which gave the facility a high end spa feel.

(May ’96 – June ’06) Relevant Projects Included:

COMMERCIAL/INSTITUTIONAL/RETAIL

• City of Murfreesboro Siegel Park Soccer Complex, Murfreesboro, TN – Estimator and Project Manager for $19

million, 100 Acre Soccer and Multi-Purpose Field Complex. Constructed seven (7) facilities and (1) precast

concrete grandstand. Also included widening of the existing Cherry Lane roadway and constructed new

concrete box culvert bridge.

• Centertown Elementary School, Centertown, TN – Estimator and Project Manager for $12.6 million, 110,000

s.f. New Elementary School. Masonry and precast concrete construction. Oversee team including Assistant

Project Manager, Project Administrator, Field Engineer, Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent.

• City of Manchester Recreational Complex, Manchester, TN – Estimator and Project Manager for $7.5 million,

65,000 s.f. Athletic Facility which included (2) Gymnasiums, (2) Indoor Swimming Pools and (1) Outdoor.

Racquetball Courts and Weight Rooms. Managed installation of upgrade of existing chilled water piping

system.

• Smyrna Airport Authority, Smyrna, TN – Estimator and Project Manager for $2.5 million, 45,000 s.f. 3 story

Office Facility to house the new airport director’s office and tenant lease space. Fit out of 3rd floor to

accommodate 3 separate tenants. Facility included extensive “Alucobond” exterior finish facade. Building

was constructed adjacent to existing airport runways.

INDUSTRIAL

• M-Tek, Inc. Industrial Plant, Manchester, TN – Estimator and Project Manager for $14.3 million, 225,000 s.f.

manufacturing facility. Design-Build and Fast Track. After sitework was complete, facility was in the dry in less

than 4 months. Included processed water system and concrete pits for stamp pressing and injection mold

equipment.

• Zanini, Inc. Wheel Cover Plant, Winchester, TN – Estimator and Project Manager for $9.8 million, 96,000 s.f.,

65 ft. tall manufacturing facility. Project included installation of overhead cranes, injection mold machine

rigging and relocation, and chilled water piping systems.

• Volunteer Engineering Industrial Plant, Manchester, TN – Estimator and Project Manager for $4.5 million, 40’

deep stamp pressing pit with reinforced, poured in-place concrete walls. Pit was constructed inside existing

facility with zero manufacturing shut down while meeting schedule and safety guidelines.

(May ’94 – May ’96)

• Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Chattanooga, TN – Engineer in Training. Field Engineer and Lead Surveyor

during Guntersville Dam Restoration Project. Familiar with “concrete growth phenomenon”. Worked with

Timberline Estimating and Scheduling software.

(May ’93 – May ’94)

• Tennessee Dept of Transportation (TDOT), Chattanooga, TN – Engineer in Training, Field Engineer and Lead
