Sr. Business Consultant- Howard County MD, (PS) ABI SRM/MM/CCM/PP/CO/WM/IM-

July 2008 to July 2009

I am tasked with the technical and functional Master Data design specifications associated to the

SRM Procurement portion of this ABI (Advanced Business Integration). This is a new type of

expedited process which is a six month build to deliver process. I was in charge of extraction of

data and Master Data usage via the Catalog Content Manager (CCM). I also set up Supplier Self

services (SUS) for all partners and links associated to SUS. I trouble shot many areas of PTP

(Procure To Pay), which were defects that would have caused Howard County serious errors in

their system. My actions saved the project time and money by reducing the hours thought needed

to correct these issues, and making this ABI project more efficient and profitable by configuring

the FPDS-NG tables for the project. ABI is currently running SRM 5.0 Server 5.5 and ECC 6.0

Sr. Business Consultant- DLA (PS/A&D) SRM/MM/MDM/SD/PP/CO- October 2008 to

January 2009 (BP)

I worked with the development of the SRM 7 EProcurement system for the DOD/DLA sector of

the government. I was in charge of the Functional Specifications associated to the creation of

Custom Fields for the Purchase Orders, and integration to the ECC 6. R/3 system. Additionally, I

was in charge of the data validation from SRM to ECC, and to produce the Functions

Specifications for this data transfer. I extracted data from the former DPACS and DIBBS

database systems to be used in the MDM 3.0 of SRM 7. I tested and updated the differences

between the legacy system, DPACS, DIBBS and another Planning tool used, by the DLA, and

introduced the Grouping, Pegging and Distribution, (GPD) logic to the DLA CO and FI team. I

was in charge of trouble shooting any inconsistent data associated to previous data mapping and

modeling. I scheduled team meetings to help analysts to better understand the functional model,

done earlier by Accenture, and trained End users on proper functionality of SRM 6 and 7,

(although still being developed (ramp-up). I created specific forms associated to the government

model, such as the DD form 1155, and DD form 2579 and SF18. I designed and created training

materials for End Users. I was required to gather data from the DLA employees, to create a plan

for the implementation.

Baker Hughes (Oil)

Sr. Business Consultant- CRM/SD- May 2008 to October 2008 (BP)

In this position I was Lead Business Consultant for Baker Hughes for the Sales and Distribution

team. This was both on and off-site work. I worked on the Nota Fiscal (Brazilian tax) system for

the goods movement associated all of the Baker Hughes business from Brazil. I provided valuable

business processes associated to the proper and legal functionality of the NF. I wrote functional

design and worked with the business team to form the best business practices for any movement

in SAP. This was an implementation from their legacy system, mostly done there in either Word

documents or Excel sheets. I trained SME’s on proper SD VC (Variant Configuration)

procedures to include the NF output. (NF is used as both a financial document and a

transportation doc).

Gerdau AmeriSteel (Steel Mill Mining)

Business Analysts- Tampa, Florida- October 2007 to May 2008

SAP SD/CRM: Lead Business Analyst for Sales Distribution and Specialist With Integration To

BW/SD/MM/VC (SRM, SUS/EBP/MDM) Oracle SO and SRM Lawson, Maximo and PI.

Successfully analyzed the current Oracle solutions and matched the business practices to the most

reasonable and demand driven model, SAP. Gerdau is in the process of expanding and becoming

a Global Leader in Steel Products. They hope to start ASAP in 2010. Gerdau accepted my

analysis of the Global model and will be adopting SAP according to the analysis given. Closely

involved with the integration and extraction of data from the legacy systems to the MDM of

SAP’s SRM 6 system, which were running on an other than R/3 platform. Team Lead on External

catalogs and EBP/MDM 2.0 /SUS 6.0 updates and configuration (trained by SAP). Extracted

data from the legacy system via XML and data extractor from SAP SRM. Developed load review

and platform. Created and Maintained BPP’s and worked with the latest SAP updates and OSS

notes to configure this system. Created BP’s (business partners), materials and many other areas

associated to GNA’s system. I designed a new UOM custom code for the Global template as well

as Currency conversion and exchange rates (very similar to CWM (Change Weight

Management). Created and maintained BPP’s and Configuration documentation on the creation

of external and internal catalogs. Maintain the SAP MDM 2.0, (plus updates) Console/Data

Manager/Import Manager tools to load and update the system. This is a new concept for SAP to

documents. Create and maintained customer-material info records PO’s. Configured material for

usage decisions. Configured Pricing conditions and UOM (Units of Measure). Configure
