systems. Sheet metal fabrication for machine replacement parts, roofing, architectural, NSF stainless steel for food
equipment and HVAC duct work.
President/owner - HVAC Spec-bid quoting utilizing Maxwell Systems Estimation software, project management for
equipment installation, government contract management, union contract administration (Sheet Metal Workers, Plumbers
and Pipefitters), cost accounting, sheet metal fabrication quoting, shop floor management and all other functions required
to operate a small business.

Fuel oil pump manufacturer supplying oil heating equipment manufacturers and end users. Company was sold to a
financial group July 2001 to the benefit of the shareholders.
President/shareholder (December 1994 to July 2001). Complete profit & loss responsibility for this $17.5 million
company. Gross profit at 35% with over 20% EBITDA. Significant contribution to debt fee status at time of sale and the
high sell price multiple.
Increased market share over 20% by developing close relationships with key OEM and distribution customers. Managed
two (2) production facilities (Illinois and Kentucky - union and non-union). Improved manufacturing operations through
