CONSTUCTION PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

EXPERIENCE More than 30 years in construction supervision including concrete take-offs,

material ordering and form work supervision and clerical duties. Duties also

included building lay-out and field engineering duties.

Experience in full on-site construction management and land development,

responsible for maintaining schedules, monitor and inspect all work from

start to finish of complete projects.

jobsite from start to finish of lock and key projects and various other types of

concrete projects.

Responsible for maintaining schedules, monitor, and inspect all work from start

to customer occupation of the site.

Maintain budgets, process invoices, and clerical duties including keeping

employee records of employment and timesheets.

Harbert International 1975 to 1993

Started in the Civil Division working on various bridge projects and culvert

extensions as first a lead carpenter then carpenter foreman-concrete foreman

Duties included showing others how to construct different types of concrete

structures using various types of forming techniques. Helping maintain

schedules and maintain a safe job environment for my employees.

Superintendent -Assistant Superintendent 1984-1993

1984- Harbert went into commercial type work starting at the Galleria Mall- I

worked on various stages of this project including all the post-tension Parking

Garages. Worked on various projects helping other Superintendents build

projects then stayed behind to finish and satisfy the owners on completion of the

projects. Worked with Harbert as a Superintendent on various commercial and

Civil jobs from then on until the sell-out of Harbert in 1993.

My duties at this point would be dealing with owners representatives,

maintaining schedules, deal with city, state, county inspectors, work with my

sub-contractors and our own crews to insure we had a quality product to give

the owners at completion of the project.
