My responsibility is constructing projects with extremely tight scheduled aggressive budgets and to the
highest quality of finish work. These projects were “Ground Up”. Many of my projects are Single and
Multi-story structural steel/concrete, block, hollow core planks, and tunnel forms, Wood and Metal
framing; Due to remote locations my assigned project responsibilities include construction schedules and
budgets to meet the client’s expectation. All of my projects have finished within the time or ahead of
schedule and under budget. For this reason my clients request that I build and construct their facilities
when available. By project definition and responsibilities I am directly involved in subcontractor,
establishing schedules and value engineering as a day to day activity prior to the projects
commencement. During construction I manage the site Safety, Activities and Project Documentation to
meet the requirements on all assigned projects. These Projects ranged from multi-story 4 star resorts for
Hilton Grand Resorts to restaurants, bridges, theme park type pools, retail centers and Health centers.
